Support a key digital transformation project in an international company and grow your career toward project management. At A. Menarini Research & Business Service GmbH in Berlin, you will be part of the PMO team working on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA – with flexible hours and full remote work from anywhere in Germany.

📊 Your Tasks 📊

  • Support the PMO team in setting up and following project management standards for SAP projects

  • Help create and apply strong project governance structures and regular reporting

  • Assist IT project managers with guidance and access to PMO resources

  • Track project progress, key KPIs, risks and issues and report to PMO leadership

  • Support project audits and reviews to find ways to improve project work

  • Help improve PMO processes and best practices continuously

  • Keep project documentation complete and accurate across all projects

Anforderungen

  • Degree in business informatics, engineering, or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a PMO role with SAP focus
  • Good knowledge of project management methods like PMI or Agile
  • Experience in building and applying project governance in PMO environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage changing priorities
  • Team player with strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
