What is the Workeer Impact Circle?
The Workeer Impact Circle is an opportunity for companies that do not currently have staffing needs to support Workeer's mission. In addition to donations, members have the opportunity to actively participate in our organisation and are regularly updated on our milestones and our talent.
What happens with my donations?
We are a non-profit organisation and use your donations directly for the further development of our job platform so that we can create more and more job opportunities for our talents. We are also constantly expanding our network of initiatives so that we can offer our talents the support they deserve right from the start. In addition, your donations enable us to take part in the most important job fairs and events.
How is the impact of my donations measured?
We define ourselves as an impact-orientated company, i.e. every business decision is made with the highest possible impact for our talents in mind. This means that your donations not only benefit the target group 1:1, but we also see ourselves as a multiplier for the highest possible degree of impact. Every Euro invested through Workeer creates 35 times the social added value. This extrapolation is based on an average government net relief of €60,000 per successful recruitment over two years - including savings and additional revenue.
Can I cancel my donation subscription?
Of course you can. You can cancel and restart your donation subscription at any time with effect from the next month. You can either contact us at kontakt@workeer.de or you can also process your donations directly in our Donorbox donation tool.
Will I receive a donation receipt?
Yes, we will automatically issue you with a donation receipt. Further important information on corporate donations can be found at the IHK under the following link:
