• Play a pivotal role in the expansion and development of our market presence in the Benelux region, significantly influencing our future trajectory.
• Drive customer engagement and sales through the creation of targeted campaigns and events, aligning with strategic goals and enhancing customer-centric initiatives.
• Ensure the excellence of our Customer Support by overseeing operational performance, quality assurance, and cultivating customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Facilitate local adaptation and translation of content, contributing to localisation efforts that reflect the unique needs and preferences of our Dutch-speaking audience.
• Foster a strong communication and collaboration framework with various teams, guiding and integrating the efforts towards the overarching goals of Glow25.

👩‍💻 Your profile 👨‍💻
• A proven track record of 3+ years in business development or market expansion, preferably within the startup, consulting, or tech landscapes, with a focus on the Benelux region.
• Comprehensive experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Operations, or Retail, showcasing your ability to navigate and succeed in these areas.
• Native fluency in Dutch, coupled with a deep understanding of the Dutch culture, e-commerce landscape, and consumer behaviors.
• Demonstrated prowess in managing P&L responsibilities, driving towards the achievement of country-specific targets, and optimizing profitability.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both in written and verbal communication. Additional language skills are considered a bonus.
