Consultant for Therapy Enquiries (Home Office, Nationwide) / Career Changers (m/f/d)

The Light of Hope Foundation is looking for a dedicated and empathetic consultant (m/f/d) for therapy enquiries to support us in our mission to accompany and advise people in difficult situations.

Your Tasks

• Receive and process therapy enquiries

• Provide empathetic and friendly advice to clients

• Assist in finding suitable therapy offers

• Document and follow up on enquiries

• An empathetic, friendly, and understanding personality

• Good communication skills

• Independent and reliable working style

• Discipline, determination, and perseverance

• Willingness to work remotely from a home office

• Ideally, experience in consulting, therapy, or social work (not essential)
