Join our international marketing team in Berlin and help shape the digital future of healthcare communication. At Berlin-Chemie AG, you will support marketing projects for over 35 countries in the CEE and CIS regions and work in a motivated and experienced team.
💻 Your Tasks 📱
Plan and manage digital marketing projects in multichannel and social media
Make sure that projects stay within the planned scope, time and budget
Work together with internal teams and partners to align all activities
Manage the central website system and roll out websites in many countries
Coordinate website tracking and make sure reports are accurate and up to date
Select and manage agencies and external vendors
Set best practices for digital projects and keep them updated
Monitor website traffic and prepare regular reports
Stay informed about new digital technologies and support technical apps

Requirements
- University degree in economics or science
- Work experience in digital marketing, ideally in pharma or a digital agency
- Experience with digital transformation in pharma or OTC sector
- Project management experience, especially in international teams
- Knowledge of marketing in the healthcare industry
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Knowledge of legal rules for online marketing and media (e.g. data protection)
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- Fluent English; German and/or Russian are a plus
