💼 Your Responsibilities 💼
• Collaborate with Agency Sales Partners to understand client goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Agency Sales Partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performance.
• Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses focusing on campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
• Host campaign kick-off meetings and partner with clients on gathering campaign launch assets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to produce custom creative assets.
• Coordinate closely with Ad Operations for flawless campaign implementation and technical troubleshooting.
• Oversee the delivery performance of ad campaigns and partner with clients on optimization tactics.
• Provide clients with detailed campaign performance reports, including post-campaign wrap-ups.
• Navigate campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions to prevent similar issues.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities, and advertising policies.
• Contribute to the monthly billing & invoicing process with clients and finance.
• Establish strong working relationships with client and agency partners.

👤 We’re Looking For 👤
• At least 4 years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning in the digital media industry, focusing on video advertising.
• Experience with Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
• Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for making data understandable for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
