πΌ Your Responsibilities πΌ
β’ Develop and lead the agency sales strategy in Germany to achieve revenue targets.
β’ Build strong relationships with a major agency group to secure ad partnerships and drive revenue growth.
β’ Develop long-term relationships with key senior clients within those portfolios.
β’ Collaborate with Microsoft Partner teams to respond to briefs and grow the business together.
β’ Develop sales strategies and plans for your assigned account portfolio.
β’ Work with cross-functional teams including Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership Development to ensure successful advertising campaign delivery.
β’ Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
β’ Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation.
π€ Your Profile π€
β’ At least 8 years of experience in advertising or media (including sales) with a proven track record of revenue growth.
β’ Experience in both TV and digital advertising sales is required.
β’ Deep understanding of the media agencies/holding companies and an established network of relationships at the senior level.
β’ Strong analytical (strategic and creative) skills and judgment.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
β’ Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions.
β’ Open to the challenge of starting a new business, comfortable with risk, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
β’ Autonomous and a passion for entertainment is a plus.
