Our performance marketing team leads must have strong analytical skills with a knack for creativity. As the specialist, you must have an innovative mindset and ambitious personality, feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment. You’ll be responsible for taking an idea from concept to implementation and optimizing for performance. Having great interpersonal and communication skills mixed with a positive attitude will set you up for success.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ability to translate high level goals into strategic action plan
  • The ability to demonstrate and articulate a process-driven approach to executing on email marketing, pay-per-click, content marketing, digital marketing, lead nurturing, and social media campaigns that deliver quality traffic/leads to sales
  • Lead the online sales team, the e-commerce team and the retention marketing team
  • Develop new strategies and tactics to improve the customer lifetime value
  • Draft, own, and operate the performance marketing P&L including operations and staffing together with the managing directors
  • Detailed understanding of data connections from all webshop connections including ERP, webshop, feeds, and marketing tools
  • Metric focused algorithm gamification for performance channel growth
  • Subject-matter expert on all performance platforms and ad type KPIs with the ability to communicate their meaning and formulate a creative brief for the media/comms team
  • Ability to work cross functionally to build new intercompany processes with the goal of increasing efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations
  • Constantly seeking ways to improve operational efficiency in your own work and the work of your team, while always seeking to develop junior staff towards senior positions
  • Entrepreneurial attitude towards problem-solving by seeking to develop MVP answers to complex problems in order to rapidly test and learn
  • Expert level in analytics with the ability to combine multiple data sources, manipulate data, and form a data driven hypothesis and solution
  • Ability to develop, evaluate, and formulate a project plan for new revenue channels with controlling KPIs
  • Own the ecommerce shops and conducting ongoing online shop testing and making user experience enhancements based on data-driven ideation, execution, reporting, and analysis
  • Owner of all performance marketing projects with the ability to delegate, prioritize, and adjust based on most pressing business needs
  • Trends & technologies: Continuous market monitoring, identification and evaluation of new online marketing trends and technologies.

What we wish for:

  • You bring 7+ years’ experience in Marketing with organic and paid acquisition and CRM management
  • You have experience in being the creative lead in designing/creating visual ads, videos, and landing pages
  • You're equipped with a strong optimization mindset about the costs and the revenue (make every euro count)
  • Your holistic perspective on digital marketing with a strong understanding of how different marketing channels interact and affect one another makes you the perfect candidate
  • You have an expert level in optimizing and scaling social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • You bring experience developing funnels using audience segmentation, A/B creative testing, retargeting methods, and KPI tracking
  • You are skilled on an expert level with Google Analytics, attribution tracking, and measurement systems
  • You have a strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and familiarity with data privacy laws across all major regions (US & EU)
